About Us

Our company Hailes Property Management and Maintenance Inc was formed by Keith & Jane Hailes from the Isle of Wight, UK, in 1995, to provide villa management and maintenance for absent European and American owners.

We then developed Florida Suncoast Villas to market these villas for short term rental during the owners absence. This enables us to provide our guests with the added confidence that their rental agent also provides all the management and maintenance services for their villa.

In 2001 we formed a new construction company, Florida Investment Homes Inc, together with Keith & Joana Riotto of Premier Pools of South West Florida, to provide a "One Stop Shop" for those guests who wish to build their own second/retirement home.
